1. Age Restrictions

To purchase recreational cannabis or use our website, you must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid form of identification (driver’s license, state or tribal ID, passport, birth certificate, etc.).
Medical marijuana cardholders must also be 21 years of age or have a designated purchaser who meets the age requirement.
Designated purchasers for medical marijuana must present the cardholder’s valid medical card and be listed on the cardholder's application.

2. Medical Marijuana Cardholder Information

Cardholders may designate up to two individuals to make purchases on their behalf, which can be done during initial applications or annual renewals.
Cardholders may petition to increase their monthly purchase limit from the default of 5 ounces to 8 ounces (or the equivalent in manufactured products). The petition must be signed by the cardholder’s current physician.
Designated purchasers must present valid identification and the medical card at the time of purchase.

3. Recreational Purchase Limits

Customers may purchase up to 1 ounce of marijuana, 800 milligrams of THC in edible form, or 8 grams of concentrate per transaction.
Possession of quantities exceeding these limits remains illegal under Montana law, and Cousins Cannabis reserves the right to refuse service for purchases exceeding these limits.

4. Federal Law Compliance

Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. By purchasing cannabis products from Cousins Cannabis, customers acknowledge they assume all risks associated with its possession, use, and consumption. Cousins Cannabis is not liable for any federal legal consequences or health risks related to the use of cannabis.

5. Health and Legal Liability

Cousins Cannabis is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of cannabis, nor for legal issues that may result from transporting or using cannabis outside of Montana.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with state and local laws. The use of cannabis in public or while operating a vehicle is prohibited and can result in legal penalties.

6. Payment Methods

Cousins Cannabis accepts payments via cash and debit cards. We do not currently accept credit cards or digital payment platforms like Apple Pay or Google Pay.
All payments are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product leaves our premises.

7. No Refunds

Due to state law, Cousins Cannabis cannot accept any returned products. All sales are final. Once the product leaves our premises, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

8. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available exclusively for medical cardholders through our Leafly platform. All orders and deliveries are subject to Leafly's terms and conditions. Medical cardholders must present valid identification and the medical card upon receipt of the product.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any customer account at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or attempts to circumvent the age verification process.
